Modified MapView to set global consulate country on click (though a change of the global variable does currently not change the local view).

Added eyes to chernoff faces (size corresponds to std of issued amount of entries of a country (can fluctuate over the years/consulates) w.r.t. the max of std of all countries). Added option for CSS to other face segments.

Some utility method rewrite, refactor (made performance improvement when looking up country ISO) and small corrections.

Added length attribute to chernoff mouth according to the amount of applied visas w.r.t. its maximum. Some small code refactor.

Moved data query functions to separate file, added some aggregation functions and refactored accordingly.

Performed manual sanitization of country names (on state, consulateCountry of Schengen Visa data) and normed them to ISO-Alpha2. Additionally sanitized mapdata the same way.

Added parsing of additional columns (total uniform visas applied/issued, share of MEVs on uniform visas issued) and some descriptions to Entry datatype.

Added filtering for year and consulate (country) to map chernoff faces. Added (de)selection for consulate countries (with blue stroke for country polygons). Refactored country synonym check to MapLoader as utility function.
