    First tests works and a source code listing with number of execution for each line is obtained, but some more refinements, like automation and similar, are required.

The Makefile should go to master and others.

- rename d to thick for uniform naming.
- remove unused thick and nper in subroutine seteps.
- use dcmplx for double precision

Calculate u**2 in advance. Manual common sub expression.
