- filed issue: applied new save api which returns the file association (which frontend file id belongs to which backend file id?)
  - this fixes an error where two files having the same content only the first one was taken (e.g. two empty files) (the second was overwritten with the first)

- fixed issue where it was possible to escape exam mode (actually to open a new tab with the site menu bar enabled)
