- removed transactions (db access might limit resources)
- removed unused functions

- moved stats to separate dir
- changed included to work with dirs

  - not removed dirs are bad but might help to trace back errors...
  - there were some timing issues when we ran multiple tests with one requests and the dir changed...

- added option to get config from a sql db
- removed ip access control
- added stats.php to get test server configuration

- new interface: we now us a request distinction/separation number to distinct to requests that arrive at the same time and microtime() would return the same value
  note that the distionction number is optional
